      _Very_ positive work atmosphere: no nagging, ever, highly supportive management, highly diverse and inclusive environment. Many great benefits and morale-boosting activities.

      Cons

      Monthly review statistics were unreliable representors of performance. Goals for low dollars refunded to customers clashed with customer satisfaction goals. Some company policies towards customers seemed unethical: traps that caused late fees, undeserved hits on credit scores.
