Pros
Good pay, good benefits, good perks, travel once a quarter to territory, able to build relationships with auto dealerships.
Cons
Hybrid work environment. This should have been a fully remote job unless you are needed to travel to your territory. There is no reason to be in the office as you can do your job remotely. You're also required to work weekends and some holidays. Also, this job would probably be a 4 or 5 because the company itself is good to work for as they pay you pretty good and have solid benefits and perks. My issue was with management. They made working unbearable. I felt like I was being targeted the entire time, so be careful as they will make sure they fire you for not being a "cultural fit" even if you have NEVER missed quota and even if there are others who you outperform consistently.
