Pros
Benefits, flexibility with work hours (for non-front line jobs), good comp plans, amazing CEO and vision. Amazing community involvement. Some of the most talented people work there.
Cons
Leadership (VP + levels) - it's a good ole boys world and Richmond runs the show so if you are not in Richmond or follow suit and comply with old school methods and practices you will struggle in the environment. There is a culture of fear -(regardless of what is preached) and you are always needing to "show well" or "concede to egos" or you will be calibrated down in performance reviews (or out) and will not move up or around in your career there. It's all about who you know and who likes you versus the impact you have on the organization. I have seen some of the worst leaders get promoted.
