They preach this life balance crap but when it comes down to it they really don’t understand As a single mother of 2 I was let go because I got 3 occurrences during my first 90 days and well things happen sometimes specially when babies are involved Depending on the circumstances they should way out how to separate people within this period ask exactly what’s going on instead of just assuming that people pile up these occurrences because they want too And on top of that make you non rehire like circumstances change maybe later in the future your situation is better and you can try again specially since you didn’t even give this person the opportunity to show you their worth as an employee
