I was at client location, so don't know about the work environment and the policies because nothing is applicable when an associate is at the client location.
Cons
Very unprofessional company I have ever seen in my eight years of career. I left my job in Jan' 2015 and moved to overseas. HR team committed me that they will post me the experience letter and full & fill final settlement statement after a month or so. Initially they respond my mails after 3-4 days and whenever someone pick the call then they said HR is not at desk they will call me back and now the scene is that they are not picking my calls and not even replying on my mails. This is happening from last 7 months, not able to get any senior management's email Id where I can raise my concern. They don't even bother about the image of the organization they didn't leave me any option filing case in Labor court. This is the biggest cons in anybody's career. So my suggestion is to sit at home instead of working in such company if you don't want to maintain such big gap in your career.
