      - man wird oft auf flexibler Stundenbasis angestellt. das heißt man hat feste Stunden die man arbeitet und auch bezahlt bekommt (auch wenn man sie nicht arbeitet) -kann aber auch mehr stunden bekommen wenn man öfter gebraucht wird. daher nie ein festes Gehalt mit dem man rechnen kann. - oft unterbesetzt

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
