Pros
H&M has a great name and pride itself with endless opportunities. Each department or division is handled as their own company and you will quickly, as a graduate, take on a lot of responsibility and are expected to show maturity and leadership.
Cons
Being the big company that they are there are sometimes communication issues that arises between different functions within H&M. The clear distinction of a "company within a company" strategy sometimes hinders information and knowledge exchange between similar or completely different company functions. You will work hard, and if personal chemistry is right, you will be rewarded. However, a larger amount than one might think are not allowed to stay after the initial 6 months before a full-term contract is given. Big heads up!
