Disgusting treatment of staff from both managers and customers! people do not even care that you exist! you have to tidy up after customers dump clothes all over the shop and once you’re finished they will destroy the shop once more! people really do see you as invisible and i’m surprised they don’t walk into me ... you have to tidy away multiple rails of clothes that customers have tried on and don’t want whilst having to put up with their rudeness and the way they look down to you. Managers give you the smallest amount of time to tidy a department and clear all the rails which is physically impossible and exhausting. No one values you as an individual.
