      The product you work with, team spirit, career oppurtunities, specific training.

      Cons

      Bad management and low paíd for the amount of work you get. But for the reviews I get from coworkers from other countries, this is a country problem and I'm speaking in Portugal case in specific.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
