Pros

Nice pay care about their employees. Always looking into ways to improve. You get to work from home.

Cons

Information is everywhere and not in 1 place. They have 1 place to check updates however info does go into other places that you will need to check from time to time. Some of the work load should be others management responsibility. 8 days out of the month you need to be in office and only 4 u get to choose. The other 4 you have to be scheduled along with your team. I can see being scheduled for team meetings or training but these other 4 days you should be able to choose as well.

Pros

Job had potential growth when company was in a healthy state, ability to move into different career paths internally, pay is competitive, discounts on clothes a plus

Cons

Company lacks ability to adapt and evolve with market which has resulted in poor sales, mass layoffs, constant restructuring of positions, putting people in positions with limitedexperience and setting them up for failure consistently, poor leadership, lack of accountability and ownership, bonus structure poor, work life balance non existent if you are in an operations role.
