Easy going atmosphere in the office an they provide the ability to adapt your schedule as needed, as well as allowing you to work from home.
Cons
Very little support and training provided. If you are not 100% familiar with the role you have taken or know how the company works from the inside, you are going to struggle to be successful. Joining the firm at a management level coming form outside the corporation, or from a different industry can end in disaster because they do not have he resources or the desire to help you bridge any gaps in performance that may exist.
