      Pros

      The best thing about working at KPMG Philippines are the people which are mostly friendly. The environment overall is professional and you would feel supported in every step of your career path. The bosses can be strict on a case to case basis but in a way that they promote healthy competition amongst their staffs. The training is also good and updated.

      Cons

      The Company offers very basic compensation package which can be very daunting in the long run. But staying in the firm because of the working environment and professional growth can be your major reason to stay other than earning money,

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
