Pros
Good opportunity to learn and grow rapidly, good and friendly work place, not too much stress, some great benefits.
Cons
The job is good for the first 6 months then you always do the same two activities on different clients, salary is too low for the amount of hours worked, overtime never paid, managers tend not to respect your time, forcing you to stay at the office after 8pm just because they have to mind their own businesses outside the office.
