They managed to secure more than 90% Singapore Government Agencies, but at what cost? Imagine more than half of the employees are not Singaporean supporting our Government Agencies. Have good platform to learn skills. Only direct staffs have benefits, contract no. Claimable CompTIA or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Cert (Only if you pass and only for that time you pass)
Cons
Stubborn Location at Bedok, good if you live in the East. Actually had the potential to allow Singaporeans to work from home but they don't want to. Have a building in Central area, Ang Mo Kio, but they want to use Bedok instead. 90% govt Agencies but not enough budget to pay more. Longer working hours than usual working hours. (8.30am to 6pm) If onsite is like 8.30 to 7pm++ or something) No bonus for contract staffs.
