Pros

Best part is the open culture and the people survey where you are allow to voice out when you're unhappy with your team manager. Great perks too in terms of compensation package its no wonder why people stayed on long enough. So everyone building bridges and not silos kinda culture.

Cons

FIELDGLASS especially need to embrace SAP culture appropriately. Disorganised and very fickle in terms of support processes. They love changing processes as and when they deemed right and some don't even make sense without considering how the employee would feel or adapt. One minute you have pmo and general agent then the next thing they start training ppl to be SME in modules ie : reporting, invoices/rates, SOW, and integration on rotation basis. I hope the management understand the mainstream impact it has on the agent 😆 😂 work load is hectic enough and stressful plus dealing with fickle minded management who can't get the direction straight or ambitious enough to solved piling up cases is the one should be question not pushing your changes to the downline. Great initiative with the kba which helps to deflect cases but the internal processes is the killer. Please understand the domino effect of this internal changes when you decide to change again in future.

Pros

I really liked my role at SAP. After being a cloud Customer Success Manager supporting strategic clients for several years, I moved into a group doing digital customer outreach including producing newsletters, release enablement, webcasts, documentation, event registrations, etc. Salary and bonuses were good, no complaints there.

Cons

No real cons for the job that I was in, except that our group was eliminated by the corporate restructuring and reduction in workforce in North America in 2025. I would have loved to stay but unfortunately we probably showed up on a restructuring spreadsheet somewhere and it was determined that our services were no longer needed. We off-boarded most of our work to other existing employees (who already had full time jobs), which felt unfair to them, but that is how it shook out.
