      It has very good work life balance Salary is good - above average Financially company is very strong Work culture is very open

      Cons

      The work is mostly support type There is too much free time and people get into comfort zone Not much interaction with managers at all

      Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

      Cons

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
