Culture has gotten so bad that even top and pioneer people are all leaving fast. some teams has bad management people. culture has evolved to work hard = not rewarded. common to see people asked to go. management likes to retain people that dont contribute but can talk . company not doing great, profits mostly from cutting people and making existing people do the scope of 2/3 per person.
