Pros

An extremely ambitious company focussed on helping digital businesses grow. And do it FAST A level of focus that I have rarely seen. Radical candor practiced throughout the organisation, cuts through the noise and allows to move fast. lots of great talented co-workers Ambitious Senior leadership team Fun offices in several locations

Cons

The businesses are opportunity rich which can mean that the pace which functions operate is high and a very dynamic business. Not likely for someone who wants 'steady as you go' but then who does?!

Pros

The people are truly great to work with. The leaders I partner with are smart, kind, and genuinely want you to succeed. It’s rare to find a group this down-to-earth while still being high-performing. You get real responsibility early. I’ve been able to take on work that’s meaningful and visible, and I’ve been trusted to run with things that would normally sit much higher up in other companies. You learn a lot, fast. Being around strong operators and seeing how decisions actually get made has pushed me to grow in ways I wouldn’t have elsewhere. Low-ego environment. People show up, do the work, and support each other. There’s not a lot of politics or posturing, which makes the day-to-day a lot easier. Your work matters. It’s easy to see the impact you’re having, whether that’s shaping a team or helping a new business get off the ground. The company is growing and evolving. There’s always something new happening, and if you raise your hand, you can usually get involved. A lot of trust and autonomy. You’re expected to take ownership, but you’re also given the space to do good work without someone looking over your shoulder.

Cons

The pace can be intense. Things move quickly, and priorities can shift. If you like a slower, more predictable environment, this could feel overwhelming. High expectations. You’re surrounded by strong performers, and people take the work seriously. It’s motivating, but it can also be demanding. Ambiguity comes with the territory. Especially in newer or fast-moving parts of the business, you have to be comfortable figuring things out as you go. You may juggle a lot at once. Working across multiple teams or priorities is normal. Being organized is key. Some processes are still being built. The company leans toward speed and flexibility, so not everything is perfectly systematized yet.

Pros

The actual work was solid.

Cons

The whole place runs on who you know, not what you do. I watched people half-ass their work get promoted while others busted their backs for nothing. There's this one group that can do no wrong and everyone else gets scrutinized for the smallest thing. Management obviously has their people and then there's the rest of us. Decisions aren't made on merit, they're made based on relationship. It's depressing because nobody's going to improve when there's no actual incentive if you're not in the right circle.
