Pros
Uber has the smartest team I've worked with. So far, even as a seasoned programmer, have learned more than I thought possible. Everyone here is ready to support you as you make one the most innovative products of our time. It's obvious that this company excels, but it's not as obvious why; under the pressure, there are hundreds of colleagues that can take your contribution and make it more.
Cons
Get ready for the ride of your life. There is no substitution.

Great company to work for. Very consistent and professional. One of my favorite jobs I've ever had.

Could pay a little more base pay. They started off strong but it seems like they started to depend on the tips we were making. Instead of our base bay increasing it slowly dipped, but they also had peak times and hours where we could make a much more than normal, so I guess it really averaged out. Still Overall Great Company
I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month
Cons
The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
