Pros
It's an excellent company to grow, full of opportunities of doing new projects and working in different areas and with cross functional teams. The benefits are really good, the hard work pays off and the employees and leadership are really committed to D&I and to building a positive environment to work in.
Cons
It's not an easy job. It's a very dynamic environment which demands a lot of flexibility and an open mind.
