      Great Salary, benefits all above market also the conditions. Flexibility to work under your own pace and schedule is awesome. Love to work in a diverse culture and meeting people from around the world

      Year end review not so straight forward A lot of politics to achieve a promotion Disorganized teams, that generally makes difficult on advancing and making correct implementations

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
