      - Some of the smartest, most driven people I've met - be part of a quickly evolving industry - One of the most relevant companies for young people

      Thanks for the review and comments around benefits. As we grow, they'll grow with us. Much more in coming in terms of employee development but educational credits could be a great supplement to internal training. Pass your thoughts along to your HR rep for sure.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
