Pros

4 day work week, flexible working options such as working from home or remotely. Health insurance, life insurance, and other support benefits. Good company values - such as sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion. Close knit small team in NZ. Opportunities to travel overseas and international job opportunities.

Cons

Although there are opportunities for progression from entry level roles to mid-senior management positions in NZ, the top leadership team is very concrete and has limited roles (so progression to these positions is difficult). There are however, many opportunities to progress your career overseas as this is a large multinational company.

Cons

Under resourced and underpaid for the skills I bring to the table, which contributes to retention issues

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
