Pros
Staff discount. Some nice people but there are alot of nicer people OUT of Uniqlo too. For every nice people here there's many more who's at least few times nicer.
Cons
HR, or the semblance of one, is dysfunctional. Also, huge misalignment between expectation and reality. Very toxic working climate. Slave drivers. Useless and redundant KPI like quantity of reviews etc which staff easily fake the survey to achieve results and the managers are dumb enough to believe it. Seriously the longer you work here the harder it is for you to find job outside since the skills aren't easily transferrable. That is unless you intend to stay here forever. If you are thinking of a fast track from store to back office the reality is that it is not so fast. Good luck wishing.
