- Conflict between the 2 partners of this company. From a simple initiative to the complex one, there is always a difference of opinion among the 2 heads. This affects the employees because the company size is just 10-13 employees and you will anyways have to report to either of the 2 heads directly. If you go by the decision of 1 head, you cannot impress the other one. The concept of consensus is always missing.
- All the employees are not treated equal. There are 3 employees who always be in the comfort zone and whatever they say becomes the rule! Among these 3, 2 employees dominate the rest of the employees who are working.
-They started a program called “Employee-of-the-month” (based on pure voting) but it just lasted for one month because an employee other than the main Big-3 guys got it. This is one such example of the office politics that is there for years!
- In terms of pay, it is far below the industrial standard of Coimbatore location
- If you take leave, that will be noted and will be dreaded upon until the performance review meeting. Note: Performance appraisal does not happen every year. Sometimes once in 2 or 3 years that too not sufficient for the inflation rate in India.
- Don't fall for the promise of Australian onsite.
- No room for appreciation at all. I am working for 3 years and not even once I have received any appreciation. But only criticisms.
- Performance appraisal will happen for 1 to 2 hours specifically to put you down to justify that you do not qualify for a minimum/no pay rise.
- Seen 2 employees leave in the middle by just handing over their ID card to a fellow employee.
- They make you think that your skills are useless undermining your self-confidence.
