Pros
The only pro that I can list here in good faith and in all honestly is that I met some amazing people that have become friends over the 8 years I spent there. The work and management was good prior to the acquisition of the Association Management Group by Interel, once these guys took the helm is when it became clear that they have no business acumen to speak of.
Cons
The challenge here is where to begin. The cons outweigh the pros by far. My advice to anyone reading this is to look at the other reviews. It is interesting how it is clearly someone on the management team at interel that comes in and tries to counter the negative reviews by posting something positive. This happens a few days after a negative review is posted. It used to be a place that people could come to work at with great prospects of enhancing their careers and grow professionally. That all disappeared once Interel took over. Key VP’s were fired without much of an explanation. Changes being made at the executive level we’re not communicated. In one instance I found out about a key decision from a vendor we used. How embarrassing do you think that was for me? Salaries are below industry average. I won’t go on but wanted to add my experience and confirm that the reviews you’ve read on here are true and spot on. Well I’m not sure as to the office dalliances that one review mentioned but wouldn’t be surprised if that was true.
