Company moving towards AI platform and investing into productivity tools

Pros

Good pay Unlimited Vacation Everyone is very friendly Leadership will do whatever it takes to keep the company afloat

Cons

Leadership has a hard time keeping commitments to employees and try gaslight them after the fact: "These aren't layoffs, it's restructuring!" After being promised my position would always be remote, the CEO instituted a 4 day return to work policy against the objections of most of the staff. The company's goal is to help people live healthier happier lives, but it has a hard time achieving that goal for it's employees. A lot of stress is pushed down the leadership chain resulting in unrealistic and missed deadlines. Leadership expects employees to push back, but don't have clear channels to communicate with them.

Pros

remote first but with hybrid intentions

Cons

I was surprised to see a reminder to complete the anonymous survey sent to employees, which I had ignored for a while. If it's an anonymous survey, how did they know that I have not completed mine?! Food for thought.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your feelings regarding our culture. In regards to our engagement survey, we take anonymity very seriously as we know it contributes to the most accurate results. Through the tool we use for the survey, we are able to send reminders to "those who have not yet completed the survey". We do not have visibility to who exactly has completed the survey. We would like to learn more about your experience and hear suggestions for improvement. If you feel inclined, please reach out to your HR Business Partner or email the team at people@league.com.
