      Used to be ok, got totally messed up after AI transformation

      - Good compensation, healthcare benefits, and severance package - Easy to hit a few impact metrics and coast

      Cons

      - Internal tools and infrastructure barely work and are always outdated. - Almost all effective communication is 1:1. Company struggles with more efficient communication patterns. - Corporate surveillance software automatically trains your AI replacement as you work. Company leadership will treat you as if your only value is providing data for your AI replacement. - Inflexible WFH policy
