There are better places to work

Pros

Great inventory to sell from, most of the time. I would say co-workers, but by the time you get used to working with someone, they will probably quit or get fired. It’s a revolving door.

Cons

Service department gets terrible online reviews. Managers are moody and disrespectful. They have a lot of hidden junk fees that make customers angry, and sometimes walk out when they get to the finance office. You are required to post fake positive reviews to bury bad reviews, which is against the law, but they don’t care. They don’t value any of their salespeople, no matter how much they sell or how happy customers are with them. Pay is low in comparison to to other area dealerships. Have sales contests they don’t follow through on awarding to winners. They expect you to come in on your days off and you have no work-life balance. There are much better places to work here and I’m currently looking.

Pros

Cool brands to work with (Aston Martin and Maserati), Clientele was always great and easy to work with as well, Looks great on a resume

Cons

Low pay for nearly all positions relative to the local market - especially for niche/ultra luxury brands such as these. Verified with several job offers all at higher levels of compensation upon leaving. Uncomfortable work environment, constant threats, yelling and screaming from the GM, women made to feel uncomfortable with constant “locker room talk” including direct sexual references. Management never considered fixing the broken processes that make it difficult to work there, instead they find a different person to blame every few months, leading to very high turnover. I saw 100%+ turnover in several positions during just one year working there.

Pros

Not much. They’re jerk offs from Florida or Chicago and don’t give a flying f about their employees. If you’re commission, you’re expected to take only 1 week off a year for vacation and their pay rate on new used and back end sucks. Myself and many other employees have left this location because it’s run by morons like that Jr Sr father son duo and the retards at corporate.

Cons

Everything imaginable. Here’s pizza on Saturday and here’s 1 week vacation even though you’re full commission. If I sell my cars for the month and hit my numbers, I’m gonna take time off.
