Saturday lunches provides once a month

ALL personal cellphone, home phone and text and emails monitored by the company as part of employment agreement. Then used against you. Make less money after 30 days. Commission was subjective with them rerouted phone calls to others controlling results. You WILL have 1 Saturday off a month. Only 2 Holidays paid off. You will work the rest. Your own 'team' stealing text messages for appointments. The system is flawed where they control outcome, no matter how hard you work! Same people are successful and it is based on the day work assignment day 1 the best given consistently to others. Not based on seniority or skill level. Preferential treatment! People were openly made fun of and it was encouraged. Spiffs that seemed to be awarded to the same people where workers were shouting out loud it was rigged. Biased, abusive management and it was not hidden. Spraying perfumes, and air fresheners in an enclosed place and forced to work with the lights turned off. Nothing wrong with the lights. Employees are pawns to the director who used these tactics to try to force fire, enjoying making people miserable. Awful. WORSE JOB EVER!

Pros

Other employees are nice, but all disgruntled. Mid-management are also good people, but miserable and don't have to be. It's the upper management that's the problem.

Cons

They switch and change payplans often, sometimes more than once a day. The GM berates anyone who doesn't agree with him. Non collaborative leadership. No training, but if you ask a question, it's your fault that you weren't trained. Don't have a login after first hired? That's your problem. Process changes on a daily basis and it's to the point nobody knows what the process is, including the one that's changing process has no idea. No communication with endless chaos and drama. It's a culture of toxicity. The leader is toxic, misogynistic, cruel, doesn't listen to employees concerns and will dress you down in front of other employees and customers. He is unapproachable for any questions or concerns and you'll often here "if you don't like it, leave" a couple times a day. The place is a nightmare and it's boggling corporate doesn't see the cause of turnover. Stay away

All supervisors or leads are over worked. People don’t stay long.
