Pros

Great health benefits, 4 day work week

Cons

Physically demanding job with not enough pay. was told we had to have our trucks finished by a certain time that was usually 2 hours before our shift was over. Really strict about break times. Was told there was an incentive for meeting our production when I was hired but they didn’t have anything in place until the month I quit. Hours are really long and hard. You’re never not moving, lifting, scanning or stacking product. And most of it is pretty heavy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we appreciate it. We understand that pay is just as important to job seekers as best in class benefits and also employee events and activities. We are working as an organization to review our rate of pay and make market appropriate adjustments. Thanks again for leaving a review and we wish you luck in your career!

Pros

They'll work you 70 hours a week during summer, 35 hours a week during winter. If you're not a yes man robot, this place is not for you.

Cons

Long hours, little to no work/personal life balance, pto can only be used when they want you to use it

Pros

Benefits, pay, and not much else

Cons

Don’t let the benefits and pay persuade you to work with this company they will get rid of you without any notice or write-ups at the drop of a hat. They are incredibly hard on temporary employees and almost find joy in calling the temp agencies to do their dirty work. They will not explain why they let you go; it feels like they find joy in ruining people's livelihoods. You can be one of the hardest workers who put the employees first, but it does not matter; they will still put you on the chopping block. Very management heavy, and if you are not willing to suck up to the higher-ups, you will not make it far. They entice you with the fantastic pay and benefits, but do not let that sway you to walk through these doors. This company does not care about their employees or the employee's families. They only care about the bottom dollar and making production. They give you hope that you can move up and expect you to work long hours, sometimes 12-15 hours a day. The managers do not praise their supervisors but will criticize them for not 'parenting' their employees. There is so much more that I can say is wrong about this company, but if you read the other reviews, you should be able to tell that it is not a good workplace. The ones with the positive reviews haven't been let go unexpectedly yet. Give it a few months.
