Nothing, everything is great! Company is good

Big team, so it's hard to get to know everyone.

Toxic work culture, people are overworked and constantly being pushed to deliver more and more with no recognition for the efforts from the management. Also the salary is on the low side.

A notable decline in the company culture since most recent leaders took over in 2022. The leadership team actively support other toxic leaders despite complaints to HR, who appear either powerless or unwilling to make changes. C-Level are generally invisible and appear incapable in their position, they also come across as untrustworthy when they do share information. Nepotism is the basis for promotion and little to no support for people who don’t fit in with certain peer groups, More of a popularity contest with little value on what you deliver.

Took away full remote, to hybrid model with little notice. Benefits have been slashed. They used to survey the staff before making life effecting decisions, now upper management just assumes what people want.

CEO cares more about profits than people RTO was forced onto everyone without warning or consultation. When people asked questions, they were just told to be quiet basically Crazy deadlines and workload Benefits have been stripped away Feels like all the things that made PayByPhone a good place to work have disappeared

Bad Leaders and pay. Everyone keeps to themselves.

Market is slow and sales opportunities are limited

Engineering was pretty sucks due to the CTO who doesn't really understand the technology and where it leads. Not sure where and why we hired someone like that.
