    - Friendly environment - Able to build basic foundation

    Cons

    - Dealing with different working styles as you would need to work with various managers - Managing sandwiched situation between managers and clients where you would need to please both sides when something went wrong - Perspectives and scope of work are limited

    - To avoid using scorecard to evaluate an individual (Hard matrix is not recommended) - To consider 360 evaluation for all levels of staff

    Excellent increments, learning experience, building on technical and management skills. Branding is excellent, which gives you a premium if you are considering to head out to another employer. There a plenty of opportunities beyond audit as well in other services; management consulting, deals, risk management, etc.

    Be prepared to trade in personal time after office hours for learning experiences
