The company esg department operates with significant operational inefficiencies, poor planning, and a management culture that appears disconnected from day to day realities Multiple laggy dashboards are created that add zero value eats up productive hours due to poor tooling skills. Minor issues were routinely escalated through high visibility email channels, creating a culture focused more on scrutiny and blame than actual productivity. Unrealistic targets set for project that heavily involves subjective data collection. Unnecessary frequent meetings are scheduled contributing to weekend workings Expected to work with dedication on basic low salary. Increment in lower end of single digit Highly toxic work environment, PIPs initiated every week, mails are sent for every error with tagging of senior staff, difficulty in getting the paid leaves earned Management only shows up once in two quarters to deliver bad news. Zero accountability for heavy silent attrition rate.
