      Disorganized, but strong product depending on the focus

      Global reach, high ceiling if they can improve on structure and processes.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring, rebranding, and acquisitions rather than focusing on core processes and workflows. Software engineers can’t plan or execute cleanly. Lipstick on a pig vibes for anything outside their payment processing. No clear annual merit increase plan. Salaries lower than market.

      Asking too much for sooooo little.

      Free food 2 times per week. 4 working days, 10 euro credit every week to buy snacks

      Cons

      Since 90% of the merchants are based in America, you'd have to shift your working hours from 5 am to 14:30, there's also a night shift but it also bad The salary is so crap for how hard this job can be.
