We celebrated the Lunar New Year this morning with a lion dance performance, and walk around to bless the different departments in CrimsonLogic. We also had the opportunity to take part in an Ang Bao Hunt & Bingo Game. Everyone came together for 'Yusheng', which symbolises tossing up prosperity and fortune. We ended our afternoon with a lucky draw and a scrumptious buffet lunch. We wish you a wonderful Year of the Rabbit! 祝你兔年行大运!

With the winter months in Bangalore being especially chilly this year and temperatures dipping lower than usual (15.5°C - 20°C), our people in CrimsonLogic India stepped up to donate funds to purchase warm clothing to underprivileged children in the community. On January 3rd, 2023, we distributed a total of 135 sweaters to those who need them most. It's a small gesture, but one that can make a big difference in helping people stay warm during the winter. We're pleased to announce the launch of the Bhutan Trade FinNet (BTFN) System- Phase 1- Import by Wholesalers from Countries other than India on 12 December 2022. The project was initiated by Royal Monetary Authority, Department of Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Department of Revenue and Customs, Ministry of Finance as key partnering agencies to facilitate sharing data related to trade, banks and customs systems. This system will eliminate the multiple submissions of same documents by the applicants to the different government agencies through the common system interface. Other modules such as Certificate of Origin, Import from India and Import by Retailers will be rolled out in the second phase followed by integration of banking system and electronic Customs Management System in the third phase. Our Northeast Asia team led by Ng Chee Keong (CK), is at the 5th China International Import Expo (CIIE) this week. We introduced our smart solutions in logistics and trade compliance to Mr Chua Teng Hoe, Consul-General in Shanghai and forged new partnerships through two Letters of Intent (LOI) and a term sheet. The first LOI signed with New Land-Sea Corridor Operation Co., Ltd. 陆海新通道, enables the enterprise to tap on CrimsonLogic’s trade compliance and logistics digital capabilities, CALISTA, for greater efficiency in the flow of goods across borders. The next signed with Shanghai E&P International 上海亿通 will promote strong China-Singapore bilateral trade ties through a comprehensive digital trade compliance platform, that will further enhance the digitalization and facilitation of cross-border customs clearance through our CALISTA Regulatory Filing solution. A term sheet on cross-border customs clearance pilot program was signed with Xin Hai Customs Broker 欣海.
On 3rd November we had a fulfilling day of coming together to hold our Talking Point, learn about our innovation efforts and celebrate Diwali. The day started off with Talking Point and Innovation which included a sharing session and Q&A from Senior Management.
