Cynthia Taylor has been promoted to senior vice president of Agent Software and Advertising, and Michael Sherman to senior vice president of Zillow Rentals. Their leadership will continue to shape Zillow’s growing marketplace for renters, property owners, agents and real estate professionals. Cynthia has played a key role in advancing industry software and agent solutions, including Zillow Showcase, an immersive listing experience available only on Zillow. Zillow Showcase helps agents elevate their brand presence and provides consumers with a better home shopping experience using AI-powered media and interactive floor plans. Michael has been instrumental in building Zillow Rentals into the most visited and most trusted rental marketplace in the industry. Under his leadership, Zillow continues to expand its reach—most recently with a new partnership with Redfin, Rent.com and ApartmentGuide.com — helping multifamily properties connect with more renters through a single advertising solution.
