Does PwC offer massages?

Pros

Good job for what it is, free coffee, paid lunches and cabs during overtime periods.

Cons

Little to no advancement, as expected from this line of work, high turnaround of contract staff. Lots of workload during tax season. The biggest downside though is a hour long weekly meeting that goes nowhere and could've been spent better doing literally anything else

Pros

Leaves available at convenience and learning opportunities are provided,good benefits such as medical and drives conducted-good annual gift policy given

Cons

No work life balance Appraisal is low to minimum Too less pay and too much work-no overtime provided Annual appraisal is conducted based on verbal feedbacks and not yearly performance data

Advice to Management

Please do a fare assessment of employees during appraisal and pay fairly.

Does PwC offer a wellness program?

Pros

PwC offers amazing benefits and great flexibility. I had a child within 6 months of joining the firm and was allowed to take 18 weeks paid parental leave. The flexibility to choose what you work on and within which sector allows for great personal growth.

Cons

The recent restructure has created some power grabs and strange ways of working. I’m sure that this will all iron itself out over the next 12 months though.

PwC offers amazing benefits and great flexibility.
