Does Salesforce offer dental insurance?

Pros

Work from home option, benefits such as health, dental, pension. It’s exciting to work for a company that is growing at such a large scale.

Cons

Very heavy workload. The promotion cycle is twice a year and the salary increase is not much.

Advice to Management

Become more competitive. Pay your employees what they are worth - give bigger increases and if an employee receives an offer from another company try to match it rather than lose them.

Work from home option, benefits such as health, dental, pension.

Pros

Great WLB, great employee health, retirement and wellness benefits, employees are taken care of and listened to, fair compensation, still lots of room to move upward

Cons

Big ship so territories can be saturated. Can sometimes be hard to find resources internally for smaller accounts.
