Sat in a group of five or six people, took turns answering questions, very fun way to interview. was very easy to answer the questions and i really enjoyed the conversation we were all able to bring to the table.

What does excellent customer service look like to you?
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Only made it one round. First interview is over the phone. Very basic questions to start just to feel you out before they move on to conduct the in person interview
