A phone interview, then an interview with store manager. Following this, a mail confirmation of the outcome, whether you got the job or not,.
No group activities. Just know a bit about the company
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Only made it one round. First interview is over the phone. Very basic questions to start just to feel you out before they move on to conduct the in person interview
