I was referred by a friend who use to work there and had a phone screen that was rather intensive. Lasted for 30 minutes and did not proceed to the next stage.
Interview with recruiter over the phone and then in person with 2 managers. Phone interview was simple and in person was not difficult. I was given certain scenarios to see how I would respond. Also asked customer service based questions.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard, but also very personable. I felt it was easy to communicate with HR and they are very forthcoming with their company expectations. They were also very open with me about the interview process and what I was to expect moving forward.
