Applied on-line and was contacted by hiring manager in the DC area. Basic phone interview/pre-screening, then set up for a hiring event locally. Received an email prior to event with additional details. At the hiring events, candidates were introduced to multiple Booz Allen associates (one at a time) for informal discussion and interview questions.

No unexpected questions -- typical questions about experience and background. For example, tell me about a time when you encountered a difficult conflict with another team member and how you resolved it.
It was long. Multiple steps with multiple people. Easy questions. But drawn out over an extended period of time. Was never really sure of what the next steps were. The interviewers spoke more than I did

Met with the recruiter to screen, then hiring manager, and then the manager. It was pretty straight forward. It was roughly a week or two between the stages and was all either on the phone or via a zoom call.

Interview was with a Senior Program Manager. Very knowledgeable and easy discussion. The Senior Program Manager introduced the contract, the scope of the project and supervision, as well as benefits.
