Interview
After an employee referral, I went through 2 phone screenings with the recruiter. I was then asked to participate in a panel interview with 3 Associates and 1 Sr. Associate. This process took approximately 2.5 hours. I was then contacted the next day by the recruiter and asked to meet with the Principal. I met with this person and, within 2 weeks, received the offer letter. Some of the questions asked: why BAH/management consulting, why are you interested in making the transition, tell me about a time when..., what type of job are you most interested in, skills-based questions specific to the position. The interview process was behavioral, straightforward, and reasonable. Everyone was extremely nice and interested in getting to know me as a person (i.e. "fit). The corporate culture seemed great! Emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
