Contacted by a recruiter who saw my resume on BAH website. Actually applied for a different position.
Went into the office in person and had a round robin 1.5 hour interview with three different individuals. After interview, contacted the same day with an offer, countered and met with an actual offer letter the next day.

There are no difficult questions. Basically they are accessing your personality to see if you will fit into the team.
It was long. Multiple steps with multiple people. Easy questions. But drawn out over an extended period of time. Was never really sure of what the next steps were. The interviewers spoke more than I did

Met with the recruiter to screen, then hiring manager, and then the manager. It was pretty straight forward. It was roughly a week or two between the stages and was all either on the phone or via a zoom call.

Interview was with a Senior Program Manager. Very knowledgeable and easy discussion. The Senior Program Manager introduced the contract, the scope of the project and supervision, as well as benefits.
