CSC Solutions Manager/Account Manager interview questions

One of the most unprofessional experiences i have had in my career. Going through a recruiter, I interviewed for two rounds for a position only to be told i would be a better fit for for a different role (no spec sent throughout the process, just a description provided over the phone) for which i interviewed for another two rounds (all in London). Last round was with one of the members of the executive board. Feedback was positive and that an offer was on the way, After that complete silence. No updates from HR, complete ghosting. Quite upsetting when the process has taken for over two months.
