Technical Round:
Focused on role-specific skills (for example, coding, data structures, algorithms, or technical scenarios).
Questions were a mix of problem-solving and practical knowledge related to the job profile.
Behavioral/HR Round:
Questions about teamwork, handling conflicts, past experiences, and motivation for joining Deloitte.
Used the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) approach to answer situational questions.
Final/Managerial Round:
Interaction with a senior manager or team lead.
Discussed expectations, career growth, and alignment with Deloitte’s values.
Overall Experience:
The interviewers were professional and courteous.
