      Interview

The hiring process was basically spilt up in three parts. 1.Aptitude test 2. Group discussion 3. Personal interview 1.Aptitude Test- The test was divided in three sections viz., Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning. It was pretty simple. If your basics are clear, you can clear this aptitude. 2. Group discussion- Although it was called a group discussion, it was more of a group activity. We were given case study of a company, we were asked to present possible solutions to the solve the crisis faced by the company as employees of the company. The discussion was not graded, but presentation your points was the judging criterion. They were looking for solutions that were out of the box and confidence to pitch your ideas. Having good communication skills is a must to clear this round. 3. Personal interview- It was a very straightforward interview. The panel was very calm and welcoming, not at all intimidating. Questions were basic.
