Interview
Though the interview was for a role in the technology division the interviewer was keen to see if the technology driven person knew the kind of business impact he was bringing to the organization. It wasn't more of knowing the code or a specific tool.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
