After being short listed had a 1 hour telephone interview. Totally off guard and not like any other telephone interview I have done.
Be prepared to be probed.. avoid using "we" and use "I" as much as you can. The answers i gave were not precise enough and can be cataogorised as " scatter gun " answers. One tip is to try to keep it concise as you can almost like text book answers, but thats just how they like it.. and then be prepared to be probed.

Question 1
Most diificult person I have worked it ( or something along them lines) was tricky to answer that as i was asked to give specifics of the situation..
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
Find the position via a recruiter where they required following skills
1) Hyper-V
2) Windows 2012 R2
3) Redhat/Linux
I never claimed have it written that have strong Linux skils nevertheless I was invited to face to face interview in London office. The person I meant to see was on the phone and another person was there instead. Answered all the question regarding 1) and 2) but said I am not SME in Redhat but can learn quickly.
I think the reason I did not get the offer was lack of my Redhat?Linux skills but they never bothered to give a proper feedback except the other candidate was better.
